Exchange and Return Policy – Pawpett
At Pawpett, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure transparency and trust, we have established a clear Exchange and Return Policy. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below. Before sending any item, contact our Customer Support Team to receive detailed instructions.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)
Customers who made a purchase on our website may request a cancellation within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product.
Conditions for return:
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, along with all manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.
- The return must be shipped to the address provided by our support team.
- Pawpett will cover the return shipping costs in this case.
Note: Products that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
1.2 Refunds
After inspection and approval of the returned item, the refund will be processed according to the original payment method:
- Credit Card: Refunds may appear within up to two billing cycles, depending on the card issuer.
- Bank Transfer or Other Payment Methods: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchange for Manufacturing Defects
Pawpett offers a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.
Procedure for defective item exchange:
- The product must be shipped according to the instructions provided by our support team.
- The item must be in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- The technical evaluation period is up to 15 business days after receipt.
If the inspection confirms the defect, the customer may choose to:
- Receive a new replacement product at no additional cost;
- Exchange for another item available on our website (paying any price difference, if applicable);
- Request a full refund of the amount paid.
If the inspection denies the claim:
The product will be returned to the customer along with a technical report explaining the decision, without replacement rights.
Reasons for denial include:
- No defect found or issue not verified;
- Improper use or damage caused by the customer;
- Normal wear and tear or misuse (e.g., incorrect washing or handling).
2.2 Exchange for Size or Color
We do not process exchanges due to incorrect size or color selection.
Each product page includes detailed measurements and descriptions to help customers choose accurately.
3. Order Cancellation by Pawpett
Pawpett reserves the right to automatically cancel orders in the following cases:
- Failed payment or inability to charge the credit card;
- Invalid or inconsistent customer registration data;
- Product unavailability.
3.1 Refund in Case of Cancellation
If the cancellation is initiated by Pawpett, the amount will be fully refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will occur in the following cases:
- Inability to deliver due to incorrect address provided by the customer;
- Product unavailability, with the customer being offered either an exchange or a full refund.
