Refund Policy – Pawpett
At Pawpett, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you purchased a product from our online store and need to request a refund, exchange, or return, please follow the guidelines below.
1. Dissatisfaction with the Product
You may request a return due to dissatisfaction within 7 (seven) days of receiving your order.
2. Defective Product
If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 (thirty) days of receipt. For issues such as broken glass, visible scratches, or missing parts, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos of the received package. After this period, damages will be considered a result of misuse.

Failure to comply with these conditions will void eligibility for a refund or exchange.

Warranty
All Pawpett products include a 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a short video (up to 1 minute) clearly showing the issue. The video must also display the product packaging with the shipping label visible.
If photos are sent instead, the defect must be clearly visible, and the packaging should be included in the image.
