Shipping Policy – Pawpett
The products offered on the Pawpett website are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Our shipping method, called Free Shipping, has no additional cost and usually takes 20 to 45 business days (after dispatch) depending on the destination.
Orders are shipped within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation.
We provide a tracking code for every order, allowing customers to follow the delivery progress in real time.
Please note: In certain cases, delivery times may be extended due to logistics delays, holidays, high demand periods, or other external factors beyond our control.
Customs Duties or Import Taxes
Most orders placed at Pawpett are delivered without additional costs. However, in rare cases, a package may be subject to customs inspection and taxation by the destination country’s authorities.
If that occurs, the local postal service will issue a notification to the customer with instructions on how to retrieve the package and pay any applicable import fees.
Pawpett is not responsible for refunds or reimbursements of any customs duties, taxes, or government fees.
Postal Handling Fees
All international orders may be subject to local postal handling fees depending on the destination country. Such charges are the full responsibility of the customer.
Payment Confirmation
After purchase, payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment gateway or credit card issuer.
Order Processing and Tracking
Once payment is confirmed, the customer will receive a tracking code via email or through the contact information provided during checkout.
The tracking code is typically issued within 8 business days after payment confirmation.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, open, or shows signs of tampering, refuse the delivery and contact our Customer Support immediately.
If an order contains two or more products, items may be shipped separately, and a tracking code will be provided for each package.
Order Tracking
Because international tracking updates depend on local postal systems, tracking information may take 5 to 20 business days to appear after the code is generated.
Damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the postal or courier service.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment will only be made after the customer covers new shipping costs.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will remain available for pickup at the nearest postal office for a limited time. If not collected within that period, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipment will depend on an agreement between Pawpett and the customer.
Customs and Import Regulations
Since Pawpett ships international orders, all packages may be subject to customs processing and import regulations depending on the destination country.
Pawpett is not responsible for any additional costs, import duties, or government charges applied by local authorities.
